When I Was a Child. . . I Was Afraid

This is the first in a series of seven poems that are created to capture the feelings of addiction. A detailed worksheet is provided to assist the reader to analyze their feelings and get to the productive outcomes below.
Develop Appropriate Actionable Feelings

Develop the feelings you should have for the consequences of past decisions. Learn to hate the addiction and act!

Stop the Manipulation

Identify who is having an effect on you to bring you to this addiction and stop the manipulation at the source!

Move Past Failures and Plan for Success

Acknowledge the situation as it has developed and move on to get past negative feelings. Develop a hatred for repeating the cycle and stop the wheel before it gets started turning.
